Dragon Eggs is a new simple-minded puzzle game with some added twists and entertainment. This game has 45 levels (or challenges) in 3 different environments. You play as Orella, the dragon, and you fly to reach your golden lair. The trick is, you need to carry your baby egg (the soon to be Oswyn) with you, and can’t let it fall or be left alone or long periods of time.
This game goes through pretty quickly, each level lasting about one minute, but with “3-star” ranking based on time, I find myself replaying each level at least twice. After playing about 30 minutes, I realized I was already half through the game. Looking at this type of game, it seems that it may receive new updates in the near future, possibly containing new levels.
This is possibly one of my favorite “bored-in-the-car” games, where I have a few minutes to spare. The controls of this game is simple, tap the right half of the screen to move left, and vice versa. The graphics, I admit, are a bit rough, but isn’t really noticeable unless you stare at the screen (I find the game needs higher Anti-Aliasing). Through, the mines, the ice, and the lava, this game is entertaining for a while, and definitely worth 99 cents.
