Little Inferno will make its portable debut this week when it takes a trip from the Nintendo Wii U to Apple’s iPad.
If you haven’t heard about Little Inferno, all you really need to know is that you now own a fireplace. Within that fireplace you can burn whatever purchases you make from a wide range of toys available. Though burning things in a fire may not sound like a game per se, once you start it can be very hard to stop as the toys react to the fire in strange and funny ways.
Little Inferno comes to us from the team at Tomorrow Corporation, three designers who’s previous work includes the hits World of Goo and Henry Hatsworth. It’s had a good run since it arrived on the Wii U late last year and is also available on PC for those of you interested in trying it out there. Otherwise, the iPad edition will be much the same as its previous releases and will be DRM free with the promise of zero adds or up selling. That means there’s no extra content you need to purchase in order to get the most out of the game, it’s all there in one download.
Expect to start playing Little Inferno on your iPad this coming Thursday, January 31st.
