Offroad racing is fun, so is spinning your wheels, playing with physics, and doing crazy stuff. Why? Because MX Moto and Trials HD told us so. Have you ever wished that you could do the same with bold and vigorous monster trucks instead of bikes? Well, you’re in luck, because Dogbyte Games‘ OffRoad Legends is letting you do so on your own mobile devices.
A heck lot different from their previous app, 8bit Ninja, Dogbytes Games’ latest title will take you to wilderness of hot deserts and snowy mountains with your highly customizable vehicle. Player will break down barriers, jump over gaps and overcome obstacles in gorgeous 3D visual while pumping out some heavy metal. Four different vehicles will be available, and the customization, available for both appearance and performance, looks promising so far. With three game modes, 64 tracks, and procedurally generated levels, there seems to be quite a handful of content. While the game is apparently good-looking, you will only be side-scrolling in 2D gameplay in Trials HD fashion. Nevertheless, real-time vehicle deformity and precise physic simulation were also boasted, adding more fuel to our excitement.
So far, no pricing has been announced, but we expected OffRoad Legends to accelerate on your iDevices and Android smartphones on June 27th, which is barely a week away. Meanwhile, check out Dogbyte Games’ website and the launch trailer below.
