In Reversion – The Escape you wake up in a hospital with no memories. What’s really interesting is that it’s the year 2035 and the location is Buenos Aires. The city is now under the control of a military organization and suddenly you realize your life is in danger and the only way to survive, is to escape.
The first chapter of the graphic science-fiction adventure is being developed by 3f Interactivo. If you haven’t guessed already, they’re from Latin America, Argentina specifically. Like most non-American developers, you can expect multiple languages, including Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. This of course is a big deal as Reversion – The Escape is a point-n-click adventure with a good amount of dialogue.
You will play as Cristian, where you’ll be finding your way back to your memories through many puzzles and cases of dialogue with all sorts of characters. Alongside will be your team-mate, Victoria, a mysterious girl who was also held up in the hospital. Not only will Reversion be about staying alive, but uncovering the past 30 years in hope of changing the future.
If you’d like to find out the disastrous events that led the city to ruins be sure to grab it on the App Store October 11th for $2.99. Go ahead and check out the embedded gallery and trailer below as well. While the trailer is in a different language, you can see how great the game looks overall.
